Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries in Spanish and English.
Resolve basic technical or service-related issues and record case details.
Recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow call-flow guidelines.
Provide friendly, professional customer experiences that reflect Concentrix standards.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken + written).
Minimum 1 year of customer-service experience.
High-school diploma / GED.
Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and smartphone.
Strong multitasking, computer navigation, and communication skills.
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
Availability for variable shifts.
