About the Role

Join SAP’s global Internship Experience Program (iXp)—a paid, project-driven internship offering hands-on experience with one of the world’s leading technology companies. The Events & Communications Intern will support the HCM Adoption Office by managing event logistics, coordinating promotions, and producing engaging written content for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management

  • Coordinate event logistics and scheduling for the HCM Adoption Office.

  • Manage the event calendar and registration processes.

  • Liaise with speakers, track attendance, collect feedback, and prepare post-event reports.

  • Promote events through newsletters, web posts, and email campaigns.

Communications

  • Write and edit newsletters, blogs, and campaign materials.

  • Craft customer-focused content to drive engagement.

  • Publish success stories and internal updates.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 6 months) from a program in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.

  • Experience in event coordination and digital communication.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred:

  • Experience with event registration tools, social media, and email marketing platforms.
