About the Role
Join SAP’s global Internship Experience Program (iXp)—a paid, project-driven internship offering hands-on experience with one of the world’s leading technology companies. The Events & Communications Intern will support the HCM Adoption Office by managing event logistics, coordinating promotions, and producing engaging written content for internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
Coordinate event logistics and scheduling for the HCM Adoption Office.
Manage the event calendar and registration processes.
Liaise with speakers, track attendance, collect feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
Promote events through newsletters, web posts, and email campaigns.
Communications
Write and edit newsletters, blogs, and campaign materials.
Craft customer-focused content to drive engagement.
Publish success stories and internal updates.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 6 months) from a program in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
Experience in event coordination and digital communication.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
Experience with event registration tools, social media, and email marketing platforms.
