International Student Consultant Apprentice (Spanish) – Life Journey Global
Location: Remote (open to Latin America, Spain, or any Spanish-speaking region)
Type: Internship (Commission); Contract: ~20 weeks; Hours: Flexible (PT/FT)
Compensation: Up to $3,000/month (performance-based)
About the Role:
Join a multicultural education-consulting team helping students and families navigate study-abroad options. As an Apprentice Consultant, you’ll support inquiries, applications, and partner communications while building skills for careers in education consulting, marketing, and global program management.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to student inquiries on destinations, programs, and application steps
Support applications: documentation, follow-ups, school/partner communications
Maintain accurate records in Spanish & English
Assist with marketing/outreach (social media, events) and market research (Latin America/Spain)
Prepare presentations, reports, and promo materials; join team meetings & trainings
Qualifications:
Fluent Spanish & English (spoken/written) — mandatory
Interest in international education and cultural exchange
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks in a remote, multicultural team
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides)
Nice-to-have: 1+ year in Sales, B2B sales, Sales admin, or Customer service
